Ms. Villaluna recently joined MKW as bookkeeper and office manager. In this role, she supports the day-to-day operations of the office by performing administrative functions and general clerical duties. She makes sure that MKW’s certifications and licenses are current for its continuous operations. As bookkeeper, Ms. Villaluna handles accounts payable/accounts receivable, reconciliations, managing client accounts, and financial statements. She also performs some HR-related functions such as payroll/time keeping and benefits administration. From time to time, she assists in marketing, client contact, and preparation of proposals.

With over 14 years combined experience in bookkeeping and office management, Ms. Villaluna is adept in applying accounting principles and analyzing current financial status. Her managerial experience provided her with organization skills and orientation to details that are necessary to manage an office. She is proficient in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.

Born, raised, and educated in the Philippines, Ms. Villaluna has a diverse professional experience. She worked for the banking industry and then the government to promote international trade prior to migrating to the U.S. She began her career in the U.S. as Corporate Planning Manager for a healthcare staffing company in New York. After leaving the corporate world, she worked for a law firm as Office Manager/Bookkeeper.
